Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to have the best shopping experience with House of Noor. If you encounter any issues with your order, please inform us within seven days of delivery to be eligible for an exchange or return.

Exchange Policy:

  • If you receive the wrong product or need a different size, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery (including the day of delivery).
  • All the exchange products will be delivered in next 5-7 business days.
  • We offer a free exchange for size issues or incorrect items received. There are no extra charges, and we will arrange a reverse pickup.
  • If the exchange product is of a higher value, the price difference must be paid online before processing.
  • Products must have their original sticker label attached, be neatly folded, and adequately packed to avoid damage during transit. Without these, the exchange will not be processed.
  • Exchange/Return requests will only be processed once per order.

Return & Refund Policy:

  • As of now we don't have any return policy.
  • Refunds are only processed in genuine cases of defective or damaged products.
  • To request a refund for a faulty item, email support@houseofnoorstore.com with your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defective product.
  • If a return is accepted for reasons other than product defects (such as customer preference), a ₹100 deduction will be applied to cover reverse pickup logistics.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or a bank account provided by you within 5-7 business days.
  • The color and design of T-shirts may slightly vary from the images shown on our website, social media, and ads. Returns will not be accepted for minor variations.
  • If our verification confirms that the defect was due to customer handling, no refund will be provided.
  • To avoid issues, do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery.
  • Any product that has been used or washed will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Important Notes:

  • Products purchased during a sale or with a discount code are not eligible for refunds.
  • Free exchanges are available for size issues, but refunds are not offered for size-related concerns.
  • We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges if the merchandise does not meet our policy criteria.
