We process and ship all orders within 24 to 48 working hours after they are placed.

Orders within India are typically delivered within 5–8 working days, depending on the shipping address and external factors such as public holidays or extreme weather conditions.
In some rare cases, delivery may take up to 2 weeks, depending on product availability.
For Jammu & Kashmir and North-East India, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.
If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@houseofnoorstore.com for assistance.

We ship all our products through trusted courier services, including Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress, based on your location's pincode.

In most cases, orders are received by family members, neighbors, flatmates, or office mailrooms.
If you receive a delivery notification but have not received your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the notification.
We will raise the issue with our courier partner and resolve it.
If a genuine non-delivery case is confirmed after a proper investigation (which may take up to 10 working days), we will issue a full refund.
If the issue is reported after 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification, it may be difficult for us to take action, and we will not be held liable.
