- We process and ship all orders within 24 to 48 working hours after they are placed.
Delivery Timeframe
- Orders within India are typically delivered within 5–8 working days, depending on the shipping address and external factors such as public holidays or extreme weather conditions.
- In some rare cases, delivery may take up to 2 weeks, depending on product availability.
- For Jammu & Kashmir and North-East India, delivery may take up to 10 working days.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.
- If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@houseofnoorstore.com for assistance.
Courier Partners
- We ship all our products through trusted courier services, including Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress, based on your location's pincode.
What If My Tracking Shows ‘Delivered’ But I Haven’t Received My Order?
- In most cases, orders are received by family members, neighbors, flatmates, or office mailrooms.
- If you receive a delivery notification but have not received your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the notification.
- We will raise the issue with our courier partner and resolve it.
- If a genuine non-delivery case is confirmed after a proper investigation (which may take up to 10 working days), we will issue a full refund.
- If the issue is reported after 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification, it may be difficult for us to take action, and we will not be held liable.
